In a 24-hour period with ideal air and water conditions, the MoTak KT-UIF-150 undercounter ice maker can produce 152 pounds of ice. It makes full-cube ice?the largest size available outside gourmet -cube ice. Full cubes melt slowly to help prevent quick drink dilution after service, which is ideal for soft drinks and popular cocktails. Because the ice machine's condenser is air cooled, it doesn?t require additional water or refrigerant lines for installation. Fans blow air over the condensing coils to keep the components cold for optimal ice production, and this system operates with programmable digital controls and digital display to show operating status. It includes an automatic cleaning feature and bin overload protection.
